Sourdough Toast with Peaches and Honey
A super simple toast topped with juicy peaches, this breakfast is crunchy, creamy, and sweet with just a hint of spice.
- Sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 Tbsp ricotta cheese
- A squeeze of lemon
- Honey, to taste
- A dash of nutmeg
- One ripe peach. sliced
- Chopped walnuts (optional)
- Mix ricotta with lemon juice, honey, and nutmeg until combined, then spread on slightly cooled toast. Top with peach slices, walnuts, and a little more honey and nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!
