Don’t these just scream summer?!
This glass contains three of my favorite smoothie flavors, all swirled together–because I couldn’t pick just one! Layers of pineapple, mango, and pitaya taste and look like a tropical sunrise.
Allllllllllllllll the heart eyes for those layers. And it’s actually quite a simple recipe! So get in the kitchen and make something pretty while there’s still a little bit of summer left!
Layers of frozen pineapple, mango, and pitaya blended with coconut milk and banana.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pitaya
- 1 banana divided into 3 parts
- 3/4 cup coconut milk, divided (add more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp honey, optional
- Blend each cup of fruit (one at a time) with 1/3 banana and 1/4 cup coconut milk (or more until you reach desired consistency). Add honey if desired. Pour in layers into a glass, swirl, and enjoy!
